LDG owns and manages office properties in Montgomery County, Maryland, specializing in Class A and B offices. The flagship property and Corporate headquarters, Lee Plaza, a Class A office building is located in downtown Silver Spring.

Retail

Northgate Plaza, our 372,000 square foot shopping center, located in Aspen Hill at the intersection of Georgia and Connecticut Avenues has 33 office and retail tenants.

Warehouse / Flex

Twin Ridge Business Center, with over 76,000 square feet of Flex space with 18’ clear ceilings, some with loading docks, is located in Mt. Airy, Maryland next to I-70. Also in Mt. Airy and close to I-70 is the Twin Ridge Industrial Center, with 1-5 acre lots available for lease or build-to-suit.

Development

In September 2011, LDG completed a successful public-private project with Montgomery County and the state of Maryland with the newly opened Fillmore Music Hall in downtown Silver Spring. The proposed rezoning of the recently vacated BAE/Vitro Building in Aspen Hill will contribute to the revitalization of Aspen Hill & Wheaton. In Howard County, LDG owns two planned residential subdivisions.
