Bruce H. Lee, President. Bruce was born and raised in New York City. In 1986 he moved to Maryland to be one of LDG's property managers and, in July 2005, took over as the company's President. He was educated at Tabor Academy and Eckerd College and received his Executive MBA Certificate from the American University Kogod School of Business. He is a graduate of the inaugural class of Leadership Montgomery in 1990, was the Charter President of the Greater Silver Spring Chamber of Commerce in 1993, served again as Chamber President in 1998 and was Chair of the Silver Spring Urban District Advisory Committee from 1991-1993. Bruce is currently serving on the EagleBank Board of Directors, the Montgomery County Economic Advisory Council and the Mount Airy Economic Development Commission. Bruce is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Maryland, accredited Real Property Administrator through the Building Owners Managers Institute International and has many years of experience in development, construction, property management, financing, leasing, sales and other aspects of commercial real estate in Montgomery, Frederick and Howard County. He is presently staking out future development opportunities and continuing the company's high profile in the community.
Blair Lee, CEO. Blair is a life-long resident of Montgomery County. He is a graduate of Georgetown Prep School, Princeton University and Georgetown Law School. His employment background includes Capitol Hill, teaching, farming and managing political campaigns. From 1978 to 1984, under Charles Gilchrist's administration, he was Montgomery County's chief lobbyist in Annapolis. He is a founding member of both Leadership Montgomery and The Committee for Montgomery. Blair writes a weekly newspaper column for The Gazette and is a regular political commentator for WBAL radio. The Maryland-Delaware-DC Press Association has twice awarded Blair its top award for local newspaper columns. Blair joined LDG in September 1986 and brings a great deal of expertise to the company's leasing, development and legal matters.
Paul W. Dutko CFO. Paul graduated from Tulane University's A.B.Freeman School of Business in 1991 with a concentration in accounting. He began his career working in the property management and development departments of the Mills Corporation before being hired as controller/financial analyst for Western Development Corporation in 1995. Named CFO in 2001, Paul contributed to the acquisition of over $600 million in financing to support the company's development projects, highlighted by his involvement in the first Tax Increment Financed (TIF) project in downtown Washington, D.C. - Gallery Place. He brings more than sixteen years of real estate, finance, and management experience to LDG.
