The Lee Development Group is a family business. That's nice for the family, but does it really mean anything to you, the client?

We think so. It means being able to pick up the phone and talk to the people who make decisions. It means knowing that in five years when your lease agreement comes up for renewal, you'll be dealing with the same people.

It means accountability and continuity.

Our company was started in 1920 by two brothers, Brooke and Blair Lee, and their friend, Harold Harvey. Today, there are more than 100 family owners. So everyone at Lee Development Group has a very good reason to go out there every day and do the very best they can for you.

To our clients, that means accountability and continuity: when you sign a contract with us, we don't disappear. When you are ready to renew your lease, we will still be here.

After all, we have a whole lot of Lees looking over our shoulder.
